Events in yeosu

 Many people all know that General Yi-Sun-sin was such a hero to our history. And, he invented a nice ship what we call as a "Turtle ship(거북선)". This was very useful during the war called Japanese invasion of Korea in 1592(임진왜란). However, one interesting thing about Yi-Sun-sin and Yeosu is that Yeosu was a place where General and his naval forces protected and gain many victories against the Japanese. So, Yeosu is having a festival to remember that, and also remember his great achievements. It is held in May 3rd to May 6th.
